The rooms are beautifully maintained and tidy, and are complete with a king size bed as well as nice view. The venue has great and absolutely perfect location strategic in the town area. Every stuff member is polite and courteous and strives to meet your needs.

The property was wonderful with nice and courteous staff especially the customer service manager, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location was excellent - near the eateries, shops, n banks, the mosque Shah Alam, and Shah Alam attraction. A few times I ate at Restoran Tasik Indah, located just a short walk away from the hotel. The room was attractive with breakfast, ideal for me.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is very convenient, as it is in the center of town and near the mosque. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a king-size bed with an additional bed, are comfortable. Additionally, having breakfast included is a nice perk.

Large and comfortable room ( i got an upgrade to a suite, the last time I stayed at the hotel). The service staff are friendly and very accomodating.

I was there because of business trip. I had to do some work in the hotel and I had to do it in the hotel restaurant and cafe. The business centre they had is more like internet cafe with aircon. The internet connection was ok despite now it is should be common that hotel provides internet connection for free.

This place is conveniently located within walking distance of the Sacc Mall, and the prices are reasonable with no complaints; they even offer free on-site parking.
